Pizza Club Italy

Twenty styles. One table. Zero jargon.

About the Club

Pizza Club Italy is an independent informational publication about pizza — its styles, its composition and its journey from Naples to American cities. The guide on the main page presents twenty classic styles in the club's plain-language format, each with a composition line describing its typical build.

The publication is written and edited by Bradly Scot Anderson. Entries are compiled from generally accepted culinary references; composition lines describe the typical build of a style, not a recipe and not any pizzeria's menu.

There is no formal membership, no fee and nothing for sale. The free PDF compendium listed on the main page may be downloaded directly and printed for personal, non-commercial use.

We publish no sponsored material and accept no advertising insertions. Pizza Club Italy is not affiliated with any restaurant, chain or brand, and no endorsement is implied by the naming of ingredients or styles.
